Proofreading — Involves the correction of typographical errors, misspellings, general formatting errors. Sometimes, proofreading consists of comparing two documents for correctness.
Copyediting — Includes help with grammar, punctuation, structure, flow, and other elements of good writing. Work is performed through Microsoft Word, and the editing is done with the track changes feature, which will show "removed" material and "added" material.
